Brief Introduction

Silicone fabric is made of high-temperature resistant, high-strength glass fibre cloth as the base material, compounded by silicone rubber through a special process, which is a new type of high-performance, multi-purpose composite material. Silicone glass fibre cloth has superior heat resistance (long-term 200 ℃), cold resistance (long-term -40 ℃), aging resistance, high strength, soft and can be cut, and has high insulating properties.

Application scope of silicone fabric

1. Electrical insulation: The special silicone cloth compensator for power plants has a relatively high electrical insulation grade, can withstand high voltage loads, and can be made into insulating cloth, sleeves and other products.

2. Non-metallic compensators: Special silicone rubber cloth compensators for power plants can be used as flexible connection devices for pipelines. They can solve the damage to pipelines caused by thermal expansion and contraction. Silicone rubber cloth has high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-aging performance, good elasticity and flexibility, and can be widely used in the fields of petroleum, chemical engineering, cement, energy, etc.
